Account Creation & Registration
  • Q1: What documents do I need before starting the registration?

    You’ll need a valid email address, mobile number, PAN card, Aadhar card, and financial details.

  • Q2: How do I create an account on India INX Global Access?

    Visit the registration page, fill in your personal details, agree to the terms, and click “Create Now.”

  • Q3: What are the password requirements?

Personal & Address Details
  • Q4: What personal details are required?

    You must provide your full name (as per PAN), father’s name, gender, date of birth, and tax residency.

  • Q5: What address details are needed?

    Enter your full address as per Aadhar, including pin code, state, city, and address lines.


Investment Profile
  • Q6: What is the purpose of the Investment Profile section?

    It helps define your investment objective, experience, risk tolerance, income bracket, and occupation.

  • Q7: How do I choose the right investment objective and risk level?

    Click the “i” icons next to each field for guidance on selecting appropriate options.


Background & KYC
  • Q8: What background information is required?

    You must disclose if you are a politically exposed person, have had legal proceedings, or pay taxes outside India.

  • Q9: What documents are needed for KYC verification?

    Upload original scanned copies of your Aadhar (front and back) and PAN card.

  • Q10: What are the accepted file formats for document upload?

    JPG, JPEG, PNG formats are accepted. Max file size is 5MB per document.


Tax & Compliance
  • Q11: What is the Tax Treaty Benefits section for?

    It allows you to claim applicable tax treaty benefits and declare your PAN and foreign TIN status.

  • Q12: What is FATCA/CRS compliance?

    It confirms your tax residency and ensures compliance with global tax reporting standards.


Nomination & Final Submission
  • Q13: Is nomination mandatory?

    No, but it is recommended. You can nominate up to 3 beneficiaries with a total share of 100%.

  • Q14: What documents must I review before final submission?

    You must read and accept documents like Risk Disclosure, FATCA/CRS, Client Agreement, and others.

  • Q15: What happens after I submit my registration?

    You’ll receive a confirmation email. Account verification may take up to 2 business days.


For Non-Resident Indians (NRI) Registering with India INX Global Access

Personal & Address Information
  • Q1: What personal details are required for NRI onboarding?

    You need to provide your full name, father's name, contact number, email, gender, date of birth, tax residency status (NRI or Foreign National), and citizenship.

  • Q2: What address details must be submitted?

    You must enter your full residential address including postal code, country, state, city, and address lines. If your mailing address differs, you’ll need to provide it separately.


Investment Profile
  • Q3: What investment-related information is required?

    You’ll be asked to specify your investment objective, experience, risk tolerance, annual income, and occupation.


Background Details
  • Q4: What background questions are asked during onboarding?

    You must disclose if you are a politically exposed person, and whether you’ve had any legal or regulatory actions in the past 3 years. If yes, you’ll need to provide detailed explanations.

  • Q5: How do I provide my signature?

    You can either digitally sign or upload a scanned signature image.


KYC Verification
  • Q6: What documents are accepted for Proof of Identity?

    You can submit either a Passport or a Government National ID. Depending on your choice, you’ll need to upload front and back images and provide relevant details like ID number and expiry date.

  • Q7: What documents are accepted for Proof of Address?

    You can submit either a Driving License (image upload) or an Energy/Utility Bill (PDF only).


Tax Treaty Benefits
  • Q8: What if I am not a U.S. citizen?

    You may claim tax treaty benefits by certifying your residency and providing your National ID, Foreign TIN (if applicable), and details about special rates and treaty provisions.

  • Q9: What if I am a U.S. citizen?

    You will not be eligible to claim tax treaty benefits through this section.


FATCA/CRS Compliance
  • Q10: What FATCA/CRS details are required?

    You must provide your country of residency, Tax Identification Number (TIN) or its equivalent, and the issuing country.


Nomination Details
  • Q11: Is nomination mandatory?

    No, it’s optional. If you choose to nominate, you can add up to three nominees with their names, relationship, and share percentages.


Agreements & Declarations
  • Q12: What documents must I review and accept?

    You’ll need to review and accept documents such as:
