The published rates are for direct clients of India INXGA. Clients introduced through another broker (Business Partners) or managed by an advisor may pay additional commissions set by their broker or advisor. For trades in non-exchange-listed US stocks (e.g. Pink sheet and OTCBB), ETFs, warrants, and other non-qualifying products, and recurring investment instructions accounts are subject to Fixed Pricing.

Trades resulting from OnClose, OnOpen, or outside regular trading hours ("Outside-RTH") US listed stock orders, or US listed stock orders executed at a price under $1.00 ("Sub-Dollar" orders) exceeding 10% of an account's monthly US stock trading volume will be charged USD 0.005 per share extra. Market orders placed prior to regular trading hours will be treated as Market OnOpen orders and count towards client threshold. In addition, IBKR Lite clients will be charged the lesser of (i) USD 0.005 per share or (ii) 1% of trade value for all trades executed during Overnight Trading Hours. Market orders placed prior to regular trading hours will be treated as Market OnOpen orders and count towards the threshold.

India INX Global Access IFSC Limited’s (India INX GA) role here is limited to that of a referrer, in the capacity of an Introducing broker. India INX GA will introduce the client to multiple platform providers viz. Interactive Broker LLC etc.. Post such introduction, the Client(s) shall be sharing their details directly with the Introduced Broker(s). Once referred, Client(s) shall be solely responsible for any and all orders placed by them, and understand that all orders are unsolicited and based on their own investment decisions. India INX GA and any of its employees, agents, principals, or representatives DO NOT: provide recommendations of any security, transaction, or order; provide investment advice; produce or provide research to any user regarding any security, transaction, or order; handle funds or securities related to securities orders or effect the clearance or settlement of a user’s trades done through the platform providers. All processes shall be executed directly by these platform providers with the Client(s). INX GA expressly disclaims any liability, financial or otherwise, with respect to any claims arising between the Introduced Broker(s) and the Client(s) on account of services extended by the Introduced Broker(s) to the Client(s).

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO RECEIVE FROM INDIA INX PRINTED MANUALS, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, PHONE SUPPORT, UPDATES, OR ENHANCEMENTS TO THE SOFTWARE. INDIA INX GA MAY AT ITS OWN DISCRETION OFFER FEE-BASED SUPPORT, CONSULTING, AND CUSTOM ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SOFTWARE.
NO INDIA INX GA'S VENDOR OR AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS, OR ADDITIONS TO THIS DISCLAIMER.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYS
