Fund Transfer and Withdrawal for clients

Dear Client,

Pursuant to the requirements of Clause 27 of the IFSCA circular regarding regulatory framework for global access in the IFSC dated August 12, 2025, with effect from November 01, 2025 a Global Access Provider needs to ensure that funds of all clients participating in global access are routed through a bank account in the IFSC.

In view of the above, we would like to inform you regarding following important changes pursuant to fund transfers and withdrawals in your account.

Funds Transfer

In order to comply with the above-mentioned regulatory requirement, the fund transfer functionality within the Interactive Brokers (IBKR) portal has been disabled. You are advised not to transfer any fund directly in the account of IBKR after October 31, 2025.
Further, you are requested to transfer funds to the bank account of India INX Global Access IFSC Limited (India INX GA). The bank account details of India INX GA are attached as annexure 1. After transfer of funds, you are also requested to intimate fund transfer details along with trading client code, amount and SWIFT copy to fundrequest@indiainxga.com via email from your registered email ID. On receipt of funds along with the above details, India INX GA will facilitate the transfer of funds in your IBKR account within 2 -3 working days.

Funds Withdrawal

In order to comply with the above-mentioned regulatory requirement, direct withdrawal functionality in the IBKR portal has been disabled.
To initiate a withdrawal, you are requested to send a request with the fund withdrawal request form attached as annexure 2 to fundrequest@indiainxga.com via email from your registered email ID. Kindly note that India INX GA will facilitate withdrawal of funds only in your registered bank account with IBKR within 2 -3 working days.
